Why I Haven’t Married: I was lucky to experience a love most people dream about; a love so deep that I considered him my “true love”. He had all the qualities of a life partner and I believe in time, we would have married but God had a different plan and called him home way too soon. Since his passing, I have spent time healing and focusing on myself. I realize my life is full and I do not need a man to complete my life. However, I am open to marriage if the right man comes into my life and possesses the qualities I want in a life partner.

Qualities Others Love, Admire and Respect About Me: People describe me as a loving care giver who puts others before herself. My closest friends and family also say that with my natural maternal instinct and selfless attitude, I will be patient and do everything possible to provide a loving home for your child. My faith and Christian beliefs play an important role in my life as I find great comfort in being part of the Christian community. My positive outlook on life stems from the belief that you can always find something positive in a negative situation by simply changing your mindset.

My Hobbies and Interest: Some would say I have a wandering soul because of my LOVE of travel and adventure and they’re right. I would love to see every nook and cranny in the most remote places of the world, feel water splashing on my face as I ride the rapids of a river or gaze at the ocean from the Cliffs of Moher in awe of its natural beauty. I love to travel and do so for my soul. When I return home from a trip, I come back with a fuller heart. It’s the unplanned, spontaneous moments of connecting with people many miles from home that make my heart full.

Why I Want to Adopt: The simplest reason of all, is to become a mother. Motherhood has been a desire of mine for most of my adult life and caring for children is in my blood. After much thought, consideration, and the support of my friends and family I was led to adoption. Two of my cousins and their spouses have adopted seven children so I see adoption as a beautiful path to start a family. My experience with adoption has shown me that it is a very special way to create a family filled with unconditional love and support for the child as well as the birth mother.
